I was blessed to have known Cal for over 35 years......his family has our thoughts and prayers with them as they remember the great leader and kind man he was on this earth. He gave to all he met and taught us the best example to be to others. Always keep his fond memories in our mind and souls.

My condolences to Cal's family and friends. I knew Cal in a professional work capacity and thru ASPE. I was always very appreciative of his willingness to share his knowledge and experience with a younger engineer. It's something I try to emulate everyday. Saul V. Villanueva, PE

Cal was a wonderful man and great role model, not only for the boys in his troop but also for us Fathers. I will always treasure the memories of the scouting trips with Cal.

Mr. Laws was an amazing human being. He taught me a a lot as the Scoutmaster for Troop 178. He encouraged me to keep going even after I received the Eagle Scout award. He was a humble and genuine man and wanted the best for all the boy scouts. We went on some amazing trips because of him. I will never forget all the fun times we had on weekly boy scout outings. Rest in Peace.
